Data during several manufacturing processes is written to RFID tags which are attached to pallets which a product resides in. At the end of the process, the product is laser etched with a date/time stamp. The time stamp and manufacturing data are then retrieved from the RFID tag and delivered to a data collection computer, which then delivers the data to the companies MRP computer system.

Data is being collected from all the plant processes which have the ability to supply data. The data is being assembled into a central data collection (MES) computer which will help the manufacturer improve processes and decisions for capital equipment expenditures.

Water/Wastewater- Supply PLC programming for a waste water treatment plant. The control and data information are communicated over an Ethernet network to a SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition system) computer system.

Transportation- Supply PLC, work cell, and robot integration and programming, as well as robot path programming for automated part routing cells for a truck cab manufacturer.

A manufacturer is retrofitting a seal life test machine from a manually controlled process to a PC controlled process. The PC will control the process and gather heat and pressure data from the machine during the seal test process. The machine will display and record the test data during the life of the test.
